What else I like
Muay Thai, weight training, and writing is what helps me recharge. Practicing Muay Thai helps me clear my mind, weights help me release stress from the demands of the everyday, and writing help me escape from the reality for a moment.
Muay Thai & Weights
I began practicing Muay Thai when the pandemic hit. I was lucky enough to have a friend of an uncle come to my house and train me. Through Muay Thai I have learned discipline, dedication, and focus. Weight training came later and now both go hand in hand. These two activities keep me centered and help me recharge after the demands of every day life.


Writing
I am currently writing a book that I hope many will enjoy some day soon.
