Why Autism?
My older brother, Rapha, has autism. Living in Nicaragua, where resources are scarce and there is a lack of understanding and support for people with autism, I have made it my mission to bring awareness to communities, knowledge to educators , and support for families to better help neurodivergent individuals.

Abrazos de Empatía
Abrazos de Empatía is a club created to raise awareness for neurodiversity. Through fundraising we have provided training for educators by bringing professionals and therapists from other countries. As president of Abrazos de Empatía I hope to help many neurodivergent children and their families to have the services and support they need, avoiding them from going through the struggles my mom when through trying to get my brother the support he required
